Stage Principal Welcome

Dear students and esteemed parents,

I am honored and feel privileged to be the Principal for Early Learning and Elementary Stage. I am thrilled to join such a dedicated team that makes Global Paradigm International School a great place for students to learn and grow.

I bring with me almost 30 years of experience in education, with a strong passion for academic excellence, personal growth, and a safe and inclusive learning environment. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various educational roles; including teacher, teacher trainer, Curriculum Developer, Head of Academics, KG Stage Principal, and Elementary Stage Principal. Each of these experiences has provided me with valuable insights into the diverse needs of students, parents, and educators.

As Maria Montessori says, “The goal of early childhood education should be to activate the child’s own natural desire to learn.” Early childhood and elementary education have a vital role in shaping students. It is considered the foundation for his or her future development, providing a strong base for lifelong learning and learning abilities, including cognitive and social development.

At Global Paradigm International School, our goal is to build upon and continue the existing culture of excellence and achievement, and to work collaboratively with our exceptional staff to provide an enriching educational experience for all students, unlocking the potential of every learner. Our curriculum is structured to stimulate creative thinking and encourage our students to explore the world around them through practical exploration and discovery. Accordingly, our curriculum is planned around activities that we organize in order to promote learning and persona​l growth. Through integrated learning, we encourage the students to put to use different concepts taught across the curriculum in order to solve problems & create products that are applicable to real life.

Students’ work is focused on the Four Core subjects of learning: Language Arts, Math, Science & Social Studies along with Arabic and Religion.

Our Music, Art, IT & Physical education classes are the place where talent and discipline meet to shape a balanced child.

Professional development for staff is the main pillar to achieving students’ development. GPIS takes pride in planning yearly PD, training & PLC sessions for teachers that have a different focus and objective every month

The American Program follows the Common Core Standards mainly with Language Arts and Mathematics. The Common Core is a set of high-quality academic standards

The Elementary Stage Team:

The elementary stage team at GPIS is characterized by constant collaboration, strength, and dedication, serving as the driving force behind the success of the early years and elementary program. The collaborative team teaching approach and the development of a strong co-teaching relationship are also emphasized as crucial elements for success. Overall, the constant collaboration and dedication of the team are recognized as essential components of GPIS success.
