Stage Principal Welcome
It is with great honor and excitement that I introduce myself, Linda Haliti, as the Stage Principal of Global Paradigm Middle School. All the staff and I, are proud to provide an excellent middle school experience for our students.
The middle school provides a program and an environment designed to help students progress intellectually, socially, physically, and emotionally in ways that, enhance the individual’s self-image, offer opportunities for success, foster “active” learning, promote exploration, and encourage students to assume responsibility for their own behavior, as well as become responsible members of society.
Throughout the middle school years, students are participating in different video conferences with students from around the globe where they share their concerns or express opinions about different topics that include human rights, promoting and maintaining peace, and climate change, and building up their skills as citizens of the world.
Our middle school initiative From Children to Children is one of the pillars that promotes community service and instills in our students compassion, and responsibility while raising awareness for the less fortunate.
Academically, we provide many different learning opportunities for our kids. Not only do they have a rich academic curriculum, but they also explore their talents and abilities in music, technology, and Art. In all our taught subjects, we follow the common core standards which promote equity and give students stability, thus allowing them to understand what is expected of them. In addition, we offer many varied after-school activities to help our students further develop their personal interests and talents.
We value your input and look forward to a quality home-school collaborative relationship. We are proud of our school! Our students are great, our staff is exemplary, and our goal is to work together with parents to make middle school the most positive experience it can be.

We aim to earn the trust and respect of our students. We believe that this is essential to creating a positive rapport that will help them develop and shine. We understand our students' learning styles and tailor our teaching methods to them as much as possible. We seek to provide individual attention to students.
We believe that it is the best way to assess their levels of understanding and find out who has difficulties so we can address them. As teachers and staff, we continue learning and implementing positive methods. We always pick our students’ brains and push them to think critically and outside the box. We set individual SMART goals for our students because we believe that they will reach their full potential.
Our curriculum is structured to stimulate creative thinking and encourage our students to explore the world around them through practical exploration and discovery while becoming inquirers and risk-takers.
Accordingly, our curriculum is rigorous and planned around activities organized to promote learning, personal growth, and development. It includes not only the emphasis on the four core subjects (English, math, science, and social studies), but also the range of extra-curricular activities that the school organizes in order to enrich the experiences of all our children. At the core of our curriculum is the belief that all students must become avid and expert readers. We at GPIS have high expectations of the steady and continuous improvement of student reading and writing.
